Reports on the situation on the market in financial instruments
In accordance with the Market in Financial Instruments Act the Securities Market Agency reports annually to the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia on its work and on the situation on the market in financial instruments by 30 June of each year.The annual report on the situation on the market in financial instruments includes data on the public offerings of financial instruments, trading on stock exchange markets stating the volume and structure of turnover in financial instruments, the admission of financial instruments to stock exchange markets, and trading in financial instruments outside them, as well as other data on market in financial instruments. Prior to the enforcement of the above Act (in 2007), the Securities Market Agency compiled annual reports on the situation on the securities market.
