Register of tied agents

The agency keeps a register of tied agents pursuant to Article 237 of the ZTFI. The register of tied agents contains all tied agents with a registered office in the Republic of Slovenia and tied agents with a registered office in another Member State whose regulations do not allow its investment companies to authorise tied agents, and which was authorised by a brokerage company.
