ATVP's position on ICO

Due to the increase of fundraising using the blockchain technology (ICO) and a number of legal issues raised, the Securities Market Agency issued a consultation paper concerning the regulation of ICOs. The consultation period was open from January to April.

On the basis of analysis received ATVP issued document Position of ATVP on ICO consultation paper (.docx).
